Dr. Dale Maharaj MBBS. FRCA. FICS FICA CWS FACS RPVI and all around VIP!
After receiving his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at the University of the WI, Dr. Maharaj went on to further his studies in Ireland, where he received his fellowship at the Royal College of Surgeons. And then to New York where he specialized in Vascular Surgery. His latest stint was at the Vascular International Academy in Vascular and
Endo-Vascular Surgery.

With this course of studies, as expected, Dr. Maharaj’s vast clinical experience spans the globe from Trinidad to Ireland to New York. Currently he is the clinical director of the Caribbean Vascular and Vein Clinic.
Dr. Maharaj holds memberships in several prestigious societies including the International Union of Angiology, The American Venous Forum, The American College of Phlebology and the International Society of Vascular Surgery….to name just a few.
During his career he has won several academic accolades including not one but 2 National scholarships along with the title of “the leading Health Professional of 2000” by the International Biographical Centre Cambridge England…..again to name just a few.
With this vast experience, and at such a young age, it is of no surprise that Dr. Maharaj has be widely published with more than 93 peer reviewed publications and abstracts, and has also delivered numerous presentations and posters at international, regional and National Scientific Meetings.
Dr Dale Maharaj also believes on service to country providing free health care services to deserving citizens! Services such as dialysis access, the Goodwill Program, and the legs for life clinic.
Not all work, from his extensive CV it seems…. Diving and a nice bottle of red wine are also his passions!
